Who
A workshop for makers, creatives, artists, entrepreneurs, and/or dreamers.
What
The stories we tell ourselves have a profound impact on how we live, create, and dream for ourselves and the world. We will offer a safe space to explore your story, creative blocks, and inner resources to gain deeper awareness of yourself and care for your inner well-being.
During this workshop, you can expect a meditative journey that integrates the neuroscience of artmaking, a body-based mindfulness tool called Brainspotting, and the power of storytelling to help you stay grounded on a sustainable foundation for your dreams.
The medium we will use for this process will be hanji paper, which is a traditional handmade Korean paper made from native Mulberry trees. It has been used to preserve our ancestors' stories and woven into many parts of the traditional Korean home. We will carry on this legacy by guiding you through a therapeutic artmaking process to help you preserve your story on your journey as a maker, creative, artist, entrepreneur, and/or dreamer. You will leave the workshop with your own work of art.
